Daily Sam

Yesterday, the high temp here was 72 degrees. It's February 23, people, the middle of winter. Of course we had to get outside to enjoy it and a quick trip to the zoo seemed to be the best thing.

We spent some time in the backyard too, soaking up every last drop of Vitamin D.


Such a boy - all he needs are sticks and dirt and rocks and leaves.

    What a fun day. Glad you got to play in the backyard, soak up some sunshine & visit the animals at the zoo. Reminds me of one of your daddy's & aunt Marsh's favorite childhood songs "Mama's taking us to the Zoo tomorrow" by Peter, Paul & Mary. How sweet that Mama & Daddy take you to the zoo, Sammers.
